Millennium Offshore Services (MOS) was formed in June 2007 with the objective of assembling a fleet of Jack-Up Accommodation Service Vessels (ASV's) to meet the growing needs of the offshore oil and gas industry and other maritime enterprises.

M.O.S. currently owns and operates 6 Jack-Up ASV's, 2 of which are self-propelled.
